About The Treatment

Chronic stress day in and day out manifests itself in poor relationships within family, work colleagues and friends. How many times have you felt the rush of adrenaline when you have had an unexpected angry outburst? Stress symptoms can manifest as disturbed sleep, anger, panic, heart palpitations, lack of self-worth and feeling helpless.  We often ignore these feelings, thinking they will go away but they will only go deeper, paving the way to manifest more stress.

Heather will guide you to explore how stress manifests in your daily life, physically, emotionally and behaviourally. She will show you new mindful strategies to reduce your stress and teach you to understand what makes you tick. Knowing what emotional buttons are being pressed will help you to improve your relationships and successfully manage your stress.
